Who can travel with Outside Collective?
All women 21+ are welcome! Outside Collective brings together women from all backgrounds who are ready to explore, connect, unwind, and have a good time. While there is no upper age limit, our experiences are primarily curated with women ages 21–40 in mind, and this age group typically connects most with the pace, energy, nightlife, activities, and social atmosphere of our trips. If you’re 21+ and the Outside Collective experience sounds like your kind of vibe, you’re welcome to join us—regardless of age.
If I pay for my trip in full and can no longer travel, am I eligible for a refund?
Because Outside Collective trips require advance commitments to accommodations, transportation, activities, and other vendors, all payments are subject to the following cancellation policy:
• More than 90 days before departure: Eligible for a 50% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• 61–90 days before departure: Eligible for a 25% refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• 60 days or less before departure: All payments are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage to help protect your investment if unexpected circumstances prevent you from traveling.
Is my initial deposit refundable?
No. All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your deposit secures your reservation and allows us to begin making arrangements for your experience.
Is Outside Collective only for women traveling solo?
Not at all! Come solo or bring your favorite travel partner. We welcome women traveling alone as well as those traveling with friends. Either way, the experience is designed to make it easy to connect, have fun, and enjoy the trip together.
What are the travel requirements?
A valid U.S. passport book is required for U.S. citizens traveling to Mexico by air. Your passport must remain valid for the duration of your stay. It is each traveler’s responsibility to obtain and maintain all required travel documents. Outside Collective is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed transportation, missed activities, or other expenses resulting from missing, expired, invalid, or insufficient travel documentation.
Important: Entry requirements are subject to change. Travelers should verify current requirements with official government sources and their airline before departure. As of August 2026, Mexico requires U.S. citizens entering by air to have a valid passport, while a Mexican tourist visa generally isn’t required for U.S. citizens visiting for less than 180 days.
