ARRIVAL/DEPARTURES AND TRANSPORTATION
ARRIVALS: To help ensure a smooth and relaxed arrival, we kindly ask that you plan your flight to arrive by 2pm. Scheduled group transportation to the villa/accommodations will be coordinated within designated arrival windows. Guests arriving after 2pm may need to arrange alternate transportation at their own expense, as group transportation cannot be guaranteed outside of the designated arrival window.
DEPARTURES: Please be mindful when booking return flights home, the check out time is 10am. Group transportation to the Cancun Airport will be coordinated within designated departure windows with the last one leaving at 10am. (Please keep in mind it is approximately 1hr and 45mins from the Cancun airport to Tulum when booking flights.)
