Outside Collective is all about having fun, experiencing something new, making connections, and enjoying your escape. To keep the experience enjoyable and safe for everyone, we ask every traveler to follow a few simple expectations.

 

Be On Time

Our itinerary operates on a schedule. Please be ready at the designated meeting and departure times for all group activities and transportation. If you are late, oversleep, or otherwise miss a scheduled departure, the group may leave without you. Outside Collective is not responsible for missed activities or additional transportation or other expenses resulting from a traveler’s tardiness. 

 

Oversleeping

Late night? We understand—it happens! However, you’re responsible for setting alarms and being ready for the next day’s activities. The group itinerary will not be delayed due to oversleeping. If you miss an included activity, meal, excursion, or transportation as a result, a refund or credit will not be provided. 

 

Respect the Group

We’re bringing together women with different personalities, backgrounds, lifestyles, and perspectives. Respect is expected at all times. Harassment, bullying, threats, fighting, discrimination, excessive disruption, or behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other travelers will not be tolerated. Outside Collective reserves the right to remove a traveler from group activities or the trip for serious or repeated misconduct. Any resulting accommodations, transportation, or other expenses will be the traveler’s responsibility. Know Your Limits Have the cocktail. Take the shot. Enjoy yourself—we’re here to have a good time too! But please know your limits. Travelers are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and personal decisions. Excessive intoxication, illegal drug use, dangerous behavior, or conduct that puts yourself or others at risk is not acceptable. Outside Collective staff and other travelers should not be expected to supervise or care for someone due to voluntary overconsumption. 

 

Want to Do Your Own Thing?

That’s Fine! This is your vacation. You are welcome to skip an activity, explore on your own, meet up with friends, or spend some time away from the group. However, once you voluntarily separate from the group, you are responsible for your own safety, transportation, expenses, communication, and return to the accommodations. Outside Collective cannot supervise or assume responsibility for travelers while participating in independent activities. Please use good judgment and let someone know your plans whenever possible. 

 

Stay Communicative

Keep your phone accessible and regularly check the designated group chat for itinerary updates, meeting locations, transportation changes, and other important information. If your plans change or you decide not to attend a scheduled activity, please let the trip host know so the group isn’t waiting or searching for you. Personal Expenses Are Your Responsibility Unless specifically listed as included in your travel package, personal purchases, additional food or drinks, independent transportation, damages, fines, medical expenses, and other incidental costs are your responsibility. 

 

Respect the Property

Treat our accommodations, transportation, venues, and destinations with care. Travelers are financially responsible for damage they personally cause, including any applicable repair, replacement, cleaning, or penalty fees. Please also respect property rules, local laws, staff, residents, and the communities we’re visiting. Protect the Vibe Outside Collective trips are designed to be fun, social, carefree, and memorable. Come ready to meet new people, respect each other’s boundaries, experience the destination, and enjoy yourself. We’re here to curate the experience—but you’re responsible for how you show up for it.

OUTSIDE COLLECTIVE — Travel Participant Agreement, Release of Liability & Terms and Conditions


Please read the following agreement carefully before signing.


1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, death, property damage, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in any trip organized by Outside Collective.


2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this trip, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Outside Collective, its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me during or in connection with this trip, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.


3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the trip, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.


4. Medical Authorization

I authorize Outside Collective and its representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so myself. I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in this trip.


5. Participant Conduct

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by Outside Collective guides and staff. I understand that Outside Collective reserves the right to remove any participant from a trip at any time for conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund.


6. Photography & Media Release

I grant Outside Collective the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the trip for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes without compensation to me.


7. Trip Modifications & Cancellations

I understand that Outside Collective reserves the right to modify or cancel any trip due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of a cancellation by Outside Collective, I will receive a credit or refund in accordance with the current refund policy.


8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Outside Collective is headquartered.


9. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the participant and Outside Collective with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
